Mobile Service Manager
As an emerging market for Segue's business, the Mobile Services group was established to further the knowledge and experience of our development teams, provide proposal support, and perform research and development functions. As the manager for this group, I was responsible for the overall vision and strategy for the team of mobile developers, analysts, and quality quality assurance testers.
Specific accomplishments in this role were:
Configure and managing a new Jira ticket system
Lead business development activities for the mobile service capability
Acting as internal product owner on behalf of customer stakeholders, I facilitated requirements gathering, established and maintained product backlogs for multiple projects concurrently, assisted with quality assurance activities, created wireframes and mockups, and adapted agile techniques and requirement details to match the needs for each individual project.
